This client reached out after a recent move. This home was much larger and they wanted to focus on a new, streamlined aesthetic in which all rooms spoke to one another. This is the Living Room and proper entrance. We decided to keep the color palette neutral in shades of blue.

The evolution: Started with an open room and endless possibilities. While the fireplace didn’t change, we replaced the mantle with a rough sawn wood. The home is situated near a gorgeous horse ranch and we really wanted to highlight some of that detail within the living spaces.

Favorite element: Definitely the Lawson Fenning accent chairs. The velvet fabric is luscious and the quality unbeatable.

Fun fact: The delivery drivers were afraid to maneuver their large truck down the extremely large driveway; so, in the dead of winter they dollied the accent chairs and sofa from the road to the home. Thankfully, there wasn’t any snow. Miracles do happen!
